James previously served as CEO of eCivis, a GTY business unit focused on grants management and federal economic recovery solutions. James has a deep understanding of the needs of US state and local government, having worked closely with public sector leaders to drive innovation and digital transformation for the past 14 years. James held go-to-market and operational leadership roles with SoftBank and Masco companies before eCivis.
