As Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), Suzanne Barth develops and executes a talent strategy that supports the GTY business plan, compensation structure, and talent acquisition across all business units. Sharing in GTY’s belief that people are a business’ greatest asset, Suzanne is responsible for providing human resources leadership across employee policies, cross-functional programs, and executive-lead initiatives.
Suzanne has a proven track record of success in organizational transformation, effective leadership, strategic program management, team building, succession planning and executive compensation planning.
She is a trusted business advisor and internal consultant to C-suite officers, leadership teams and board of directors. Prior to joining GTY, she was the Principal Director of Human Resources at Draper, a not-for-profit research and development company, for almost five years where she was responsible for all aspects of the HR strategy and execution for over 1,800 employees, leading a team of 25 HR professionals. Suzanne has also held senior human resources positions at Accenture, a professional services company, including as the program manager and subject matter expert for the Senior Executive Career Model program.
