Mr. Stephen (Steve) J. Rohleder is Chairman and CEO of GTY Technology Holdings Inc. He brings an extensive track record of significantly scaling technology organizations in the Public Sector, Professional Services and SaaS/Cloud segments.

Mr. Rohleder is a 35-plus year veteran of Accenture PLC. During his tenures as Accenture’s Global Chief Operating Officer (2004 – 2009), Chief Executive of North America, and Chief Executive of Health & Public Service (2009-2015), Steve set focused and transformative strategies – consistently leading to profitable growth. While COO, he was responsible for leading the company’s strategic direction and overall operational performance.He was also responsible for all global operations in approximately 50 countries and 175 cities. During this period, Accenture increased revenues by approximately 60%. He also served on Accenture's Management Committee, Executive Committee, Partner Income Committee, US Geographic Council, the Accenture Foundation Board and the Accenture National Security Services Board.

Since September, 2015, Mr. Rohleder has served on the Advisory Boards ofApogee Telecommunications (managed network services), Kony (Mobility software), and Kung Fu AI (AI professional services). He serves as an expert resource for journalists and government executives, including such groups as the Council for Excellence in Government and the National Association of Counties, on such wide-ranging topics as the future of Digital Government, eGovernment, Government human capital challenges, citizen relationship management principles and methods that can help government get the most from its vendor relationships.

Mr. Rohleder has testified on numerous occasions before various Congressional committees, on topics such as the need to create a Digital TechCorps, homeland security and government reform. He served on several committees and boards, including the Presidential Advisory Committee on Expanding Federal Training Opportunities, the National Association of Counties Homeland Security Task Force and the Information Technology Association of America (ITAA) Systems Enterprise Solutions Board. He has served as a member of the U.S. Department of Defense's Logistics Information Technology Industry Executive Advisory Board and the Business Executives for National Security Board. He has spoken at the Aspen Institute’s Business and Society Forum in New York, the National Association of State CIOs annual meeting and a National Governors Association meeting on education. At the University of Texas he is a member of the Texas Venture Labs Advisory Council, the McCombs Business Advisory Council, the UT Health Advisory Committee and the Chancellor’s Circle.

Mr. Rohleder has been selected as Federal Computer Week Industry Executive of the Year (top 100 executives having the greatest impact on the government systems community), the Top 25 Most Influential Consultants by Consulting Magazine, and Federal Computer Week’s Top 100 Business Executives.
